I had forgotten about the Jupiters, defintitely a contender. I have some Auricaps on hand as well, they have a nice warm midrange. I'm sure they will suffer in comparison to the Mundorfs in freq. extremes, resolution and transparency. Anyway, I'm going to give the Mundorfs up to 400 hours burn in, hopefully they will fill out more in the mids.
