With a 12v supply, you'd need to wire in parallel so each fan receives 12v (four 12v fans in-series requires a 48v supply). Simply sum the individual fan current requirement & ensure your supply can deliver that combined capacity (4 X 1.5A = 6A total). IOW you need either a 12v, 6A or 48v, 6A supply.
