Well...electrons flow from a negative terminal to a positive terminal. Electrons have a negative charge. Since like charges repel and disimilar charges attract, then the electron must move from the negative side to the positive side within a potential. Although, the "universally accepted convention" of engineering circuit design states that current flows from positive to negative. I guess the weasel wording that they use is the "movement of positive charge." Passive sign convention---yuck..."Beginner's Guide to Tube Audio Design" from Rozenblit is a decent book. At this stage of your learning, I'd skip on "Audio Reality" unless you want to buy the schematics of his product line.
