I got my Furutech for about US$200 only (these stuff sells for a lot less in Asia). Considering that it carries three duplexes that can collectively cost over $100 retail, I thought it was a reasonable deal.
Since getting a dedicated line would be very much like remodelling my home in terms of difficulty (apartments are all concrete here, so there is no "space between dry walls" for wires to run through), I am more looking into a filter that isolate each duplex on it from each other.
