Copper binding posts are not necessarily the best sonicly. The Edison Price posts are a good example : you cannot torque the post adequately because of the softness of copper, exacerbated by their post being 'split' in the middle. I submit that phosphor bronze would be a better material : its' composition is 97% copper, 2-3% zink, with .1% phosphor as an anti-oxident and would be capable of much tighter torquing.
