I hope this isn't too late for you, but I hear that ClarityCap will wind caps to special values as samples...Also, I understand that KEF use paralleled capacitors in their crossovers all the time (which has ESR benefits, if only in ohmic terms) and they tend to use one smaller cap along with a larger one (as opposed to equal sizes).
