Then find a way to create a 5.3µF cap. I believe in bypassing when there's a higher-quality cap still available*. IMO the bypass cap should be less than 10% of the base-cap value, so your 5 + 0.33 sounds fine. Also, generally, higher-Voltage-rated caps in the same series tend to sound slightly better, so if that 0.33 is available in a 400V. or 600V. rating and it'll still fit, that's what I'd choose.Even if I had chosen the 5.3 Kimber, I'd bypass it.
I know you're not asking for cap-brand recommendations, but I'd use SoniCaps, Gen. 2s in those (smaller) values and Gen. 1s otherwise.
*I guess what that means is that when the main cap you've chosen is the highest quality available to you, there's no longer a higher quality to chose from.
