...between platforms and tube dampening effectiveness. A tube damper on its own can be too effective in isolation to associate elements. For example, I find the Halos too effective with the designed number of pads (baby booties?) on the ring. Some may be more successful adding them. The great thing about the Halos is allowing for such tuning.
