Hi Gads,,Just wondering if the ne5532 being a bipolar input op, vs op amps such as the opa2604 being a fet and or jfet input causes these issues.. In general a fet input op amp should have a dramitically higher input impedence than a bipolar input..I recall trying the highly touted voltage feedback op amps such as ad826, lm1360's, and no matter how good one aspect sounded, I could just never get them to sound musical so thats why i stuck with trying to best of fet input ops i could rather than having to rework(quite tough when your modding an existing board)the circuit..
