I believe Cardas makes one. I made my own Just a piece of delrin block routed and drilled out with cardas rca's mounted on one side and wired with pure silver to a female din out the other that plugs in the bottom of my alphason tone arm the block is mounted to a stationary part of my sota. This allows for different IC to the preamp.
