Hi,Well that is bad news. I'm in the proces of selecting s/o caps and relaibility seems always to be a problem with these things. Recently blow up a copper jensen and a friend of me who is repairing lots of amps is always mentioning the amount of coupling cap failure he sees (always PIO's, film cap are much more relaible).
I heard good things about the Mundorfs and wanted to try them, but this is making me doubtfull again.
Good that you got a refund, but the damage on your amp, the frustration and time that goes with remains a pity.
