I've done two DVD players and two line conditioners. Both DVD players came through ok, one being greatly improved by the process, the other I'm not so sure interestingly enough. Every piece of cable I've cryoed has benefited and every CD I've done has benefited. I do have a stress crack on one of the DVD players front panels, but I honestly think that's my fault from overtightening when I got the unit back (you must loosen everything off before treatment). Both line conditioners (identical units with different manufacturing dates and slightly different MOV's in them) were improved by the process, but one of the units suffered a lot of cracking in the MOV's (which seems to have had no negative impact on performance) while the other did not. If you've got MOV's and very expensive gear, it might be best to avoid cryo.
