I was thinking about possibility of cryogenically treating my DAC for even better sound, but I wonder if anybody has an experience doing this kind of stuff. I would appreciate a link to a reliable trusted co. that can do that. I guess simple immersion will just destroy the component so it must be a precisely controlled and long procedure with very slow temperature reduction and return back to normal afterwards...So, anybody did it? Dacs, CD players, preamps? What was the impression or the sound after treatment? How reliable was the cryo company? And - last but not least - anybody knows the company in Europe that can reliably do that?
Thanks in advance for the help!
