Your mains has'nt travelled through 22 miles of transmission line !
As you state its only 200ft of ali from the transformer.
Ali is a very bad conductor. In the UK its not used except in Very high voltage lines on a weight/cost basis.
If you study it in detail you will find that a bit of filtering at the last few feet will make a differance.
