Hmm... Okay. The 30000uF comes before the LM317. The regulator is only charging a 6.8uF tantalum. The 30000uF is between the rectifier & the LM317. Is that too much there? I've seen schematics that call for a fair amount of capacitance before the LM317.In any case, I think it's dead now and I'll have to wait until Thursday to pick up another one. Or two... :D
