What are you using now ? I did not get the BPT because in the reviews they mention it was 'tuned' for a warmer sound. I got suspicious (just like you, I want dynamics first) and got the Blue Circle MR1200.
I just got Furman Power Pro and it seems to be better then the MR1200. I an investigating if adding the Power Pro befor the MR1200 would be good.
