I hope that most of the people reading this thread already know the importance of vibration control and room acoustics. I don't believe that anyone can hear what their system sounds like without considerable attention to both. I don't think that everyone has to spend a small fortune in footers, platforms and assorted room treatments. Just as The Kid said you don't need treat the symptoms. That would probably leave the tweekaholic on long, expensive road to dissapointing sound. Just as in life, it is a matter of balance.
