Anybody in the forum a lawyer or know a patient attorney. I would think if you changed the size of the puk in any dimension you would not be making the same thing. Also the slope of the grind etc. I can see nothing new or clever about a ball in a cup design. There must be previous patients which are close in design.Any way sorry to hear another story, where some people having some fun, have to worry about another lawsuit potential!!!
