If this is for speaker cable, all very well and fine IF it is teflon insualted. ChrisVH has posted such a recipe here long ago in the Cables section, see:

for his recipe at this web site page.If this is proposed for an interconnect, the capacitance of just a 1M cable could send many receivers, preamps, CD players, etc, into distortion and/or oscillation due to the huge capacitve load. Somewhere on the order of 1,000 to 1,500 pF per M for such a cable.
Not recommended based on experience with these levels of capacitance in interconnects.
