Go ahead, try it, see if it works. You only need to put CDs in freezer overnight, even 5 hrs is sufficient. place CD in refrigerator section afterward for 5-8 hrs to allow slow thawing. Then remove and allow to reach room temp. Be sure and wipe CD clean before playing! - you'll notice a slotchy haze on play side of CD after the freezing process - my guess is mold release compound, who knows. Make sure your CD transport is absolutely level, you will have much better chance of hearing the effects of freezing CDs...have fun!
