You can get arrow points at just about any sporting goods store. They are literally the metal points that are used as the tips of arrows.They come in lots of different shapes. I think most people prefer the "bullet" shape, but any kind should work. However, you do want to get some sort of target point--the razor-tipped hunting points are dangerous, and probably wouldn't work very well for this application. I bought mine at "Academy" for $2.39 for a pack of 12.
The arrow points have 8-32 threads. I ran one nut down the threads all the way until it stopped, put the threaded end up through the hole where the factory feet were mounted, and used a second nut to mount the the point in place. All in all, it was very easy. All you need is a pack of points and some 8-32 nuts (maybe some washers, if you want).
