Exactly the type of foam they use. This I believe is the key to the vibration absorption and will make or break the sound of the platform. I know the shelf uses different layers of MDF and hardwood; I will use Swedac glue between theses layers (if I can find it. Anyone know where?).
Anyone know where I can get the aluminum sheets that size, and already precut (I know if I were to cut it, it would come out sloppy)?
What type of adhesive should I use to glue it to the wood (hopefully something viscoelastic)?
