22 plus 3 equals 25 and 25 plus 8 equals 33. Eight is Almost three times three (3X3=9) so it should be obvious that 22 is a much closer replacement for 25 than 33. BTW, Yesterdays' value increments were in multiples of 5 or 10 whereas Todays' increments of value are in more cumulative steps & that is why there are no more 25-value capacitors.
