one tooth pulled and replaced compared to your multiple replacements. I would think you would be tired and have some pain with that much drilling. It takes two stages to complete the job. The first is removing any broken tooth stubs; drilling the holes; then installing the capped threaded inserts. After a couple months, they screw in the new teeth, and that doesn't hurt at all. In fact, they use a ratchet.
