Funny three little letters MTM was a deal killer for you because the three little letters KEF were a deal killer for me.
Will be starting that speaker build soon I have a lot of stress right now being a 24-7 caregiver. And a couple weeks ago I fell broke my nose knocked out a half dozen of my front teeth had a pretty bad concussion and now I have to get a bunch of dental implants not looking forward to that although people tell me it's not that bad of an experience.
I have all the driver's, crossover components I always have a large stock of, and I have the cabinets built already. So, now I just have to start the build and start posting.
Should be a nice little 3-way build using a pro sound 10" the Visaton bg-20 and the B&C DE 250 1" exit drivers on a nice little round tractrix waveguide should have a sensitivity of 91 dB @ 1 watt input. Cabinets are going to have magnetic grill covers and instead of veneering the cabinets in wood veneer or painting them like a Zu or Tekton speaker I have surprises that you just do not see on commercial or DIY speakers it's going to be very cool.
