Afraid to do exactly what?

The Smaller Advent with the high mass beehive woofer achieved nearly same low end at the expense of sensitivity. Mid and top end response was the same. Took lots of power to drive them. Owned both briefly in the 70s.

The standard size model was the core design and were capable of good output. I ran doubles back then and also in my present garage years ago. The current New flavor (which the Smaller never underwent) has been modified with new wiring, updated caps and wool felt has been placed around tweeters to minimize cabinet diffraction. An 80 watt Fosi amp drives them satisfactorily.

Just don't want a tiny speaker with no real bottom end.
