Ha Ha!!! I had to watch where I step reading this crazy blatant lie of a post. I really did meet and talk to Dr Bruce Edgar he learned of the tractrix horn from one of audio greatest pioneers Paul Voight who patented the tractrix horn in 1927. A man Dr Bruce Edgar had the pleasure of meeting before Voights death in 1981.
Do you really think anyone in this forum believes you were an assistant to Dr Bruce a man that earned a PHD in electrical engineering from Stanford and worked in the Aerospace industry before starting his own business designing and building horn speaker systems LMAO!!! And you actually have the audacity to say you have made significant improvements to Dr Bruce's Tractrix horns lets me know just how full of yourself you really are!
You lack proper Gramer skills in your post, yet you think people will believe you assisted Dr Bruce and even improved his Tractrix horn.
How did you improve upon his tractrix horn? Answer is you didn't I have been designing speakers for decades horns are what started my speaker design journey. So, what did you change the only thing you can change is NOTHING!!! you can change the size which will change the cutoff frequency you can change the throat diameter to accept 1", 1.5" or 2" drivers that's it you could change the contour but if you do then it is no longer a tractrix curve.
And like I said I was lucky enough to have meet Dr Bruce and I know who did assist him for years David Glackin they worked together for years.
If you did assist Dr Bruce, then tell us your name I will email David Galkin and ask him if he knows you which would either prove you right and me wrong or it will prove you wrong and me right. But you won't respond back to my post because you cannot con me so I won't hold my breath.
