~LISTEN~, Klipsch RB-5 speakers get plenty of love on Audio Review, 4.8 out of 5 Stars love! They sound superb being driven from Denon AVR-587 to Denon AVR-687 to Mac MC-30 tube amps! Amongst others! All yours need is a little bit of elbow grease. ... Inherited a pair of KG-4's a few summers ago. Bypassed stock crossover net, wired 8" woofers in series, & used a 5.6 uF Dayton polypropylene capacitor as tweeter crossover cap. Along with replacing stock internal speaker wire with 16 gauge. Sounds crisp-n-clean via Pioneer SX-780 amplification here in computer room. Similar simple mods should yield spectacular results from your RB-5s. ... 73s para Sactown
