Ferrite for example measurably deteriorates.. after 10- years the Flux is down significantly. But it's incremental and unless on AB's a set their degradation goes untoiced.
Alnico is claimed Flux stable for 2,000 years So obviously those won't have issues with their motors.
Then theres the Spiders, Surounds and even cone material degredation to consider.
But it's all incremental degradation and unless one AB's a set of speakers, thei degradation goes untoiced... likely why many seem to think they 'last forever'... clearly they do Not.
Do you reasonably expect your Automobile to function perfectly for several decades??
