... was a founder member of Depeche Mode. After he left them he had hits under nay number of names but the best known are probably Yazoo and Erasure.
I toured with Depeche Mode and saw Erasure and Yazoo and this guy is very talented. He has a sure hand in what at first glance (???) might seem a lightweight pop field. But listen a few times and I think you might discover a lot of good music.
