I think you need to tell your government immediately.
There has been no evidence about Hicks and Al quaeda. Of course there hasn't... he hasn't been brought to trial has he?

If the US government was capable for 5 minutes of acting in accord with its own laws... it would be a great idea.
Unlikely though.
If you think you can act against the law then why can't anybody else?
If its just taking sides then please drop the pretense as it convinces nobody.
