Indians Cowboys Horses Dogs has some very good tunes, stories and a drop dead killer version of Lily, Rosemary and the Jack of Hearts...he does this as a duet with Eliza Gilkyson. There are splenetic top drawer back up musicians on the disc....
Even better is the epic effort called The Man From God Knows Where....the whole disc being a song cycle. Splendid singing and playing and world class guests........
