along with another great, Bascom King (from whom I learned to read the implications of square waves). i respected that he referenced his children's music played on his equipment (or that which he was reviewing at the moment).
it wasn't much after that that tas emerged. AHC started with them much later. and much later after that, he showed up in Stereophile. i appreciated him in all those publications but only saw him a few times on TV as a war analyst.
he will be missed as is Bascom, and hp.
