At 9Pm the city is pretty much done and it's mostly rude drivers are guarding their riches home constantly afraid someone will take them :)) They are always suspicious of being taken for a ride ha ha. I was living for 3 unhappy years there so I may be biased. When I moved back to Detroit and Chicago crew visited they were shocked how friendly and nice are people here.
