Andya,FWIW, my tuner (and I suspect the upper frequency response of the FM signal itself) cuts off at 15Khz - but you know, it's pretty irrelevant. My speakers are full range and measure 20 thru 20 and beyond, both ways.
On a live broadcast of any musical genre, my tuner is always far more enjoyable to listen to, than my record player (and any other source I have for that matter) - it's not even a close call.
