You have far more audiophile cred than me when it comes to travel audio! At least you're not strapping a honkin outboard DAC/Headphone Amp/battery to your phone with velcro or black tape. That's so old school compared to your setup.For travel, I leave my phone in my pocket and put on a pair of these 2018 generation Sony WH1000XM3 wireless bluetooth noise cancelling headphones. It's one of the top rated in the world of noise cancelling headphones and it sounds pretty decent too:
