From personal experience and from talking to other owners it would seem that the Apollo either had a problem from new or it didn't.
I have never heard of an Apollo developing a problem.This loading time issue goes on and on, it is not a big deal!
By the time you get back to your chair it is either ready or just about ready to play, as I posted earlier if you are using a universal player the wait will be longer.If you know the owner then give it a demo, you will soon know about waiting times, you will also know about the sound!
