Thanks, erik. I would much rather send the unit to Canada than to France, considering the shipping charges and the time involved.I also decided against removing the case top, since that would void the warranty (I haven't had the CDP for a year yet.) I emailed my dealer this morning to see what he suggests right after I posted my response to Kunzwerks. I hope to have an answer when I get home tonight.
What problems did you have, erik? I've only had the Audio aero since early spring but haven't had a single problem with it until now.
