Since the tray works, power is getting to the unit. With multiple functions not working from one moment to the next, it could be a specific isolated electrical failure to one of the intergrated circuits. However, before shipping it off to service, I would open the top cover and make sure all the interconnect cables from PCB to PCB are secure and properly seated. The power plug getting yanked out could of jarred something else loose so it doesn't make electrical contact any longer.Prima CDP owner and liking it. Hope its something simple.
