Which speaker cables are you going to try, the Odin? I have the Valhalla knockoffs. I also own a Nordost Blue Heaven Rev. II speaker cables. The Valhalla knockoffs sounds different than the authentic Nordost Blue Heaven cables.
Also, there's a member here who bought the Valhalla knockoffs and replaced the adjustable banana terminations that comes with it(cheap copy of WBT) with a Viborg copper banana plugs and reported an improvement to me via PM. I have the same pair of cables and I will replace the terminations to a Moons Audio pure copper plugs and see if there's an improvement.
The Valhalla knockoffs are not bad for the price and I think have better low end than the Nordost Blue Heaven but the latter seems to be more "open" and fast. Maybe it's just my imagination.
