RE: Is the optimum length of a digital coax at 1.5m still valid?

I think it was figured due to the timing of 16/44.1 datarates, reflections and the chance to cause errors. Given that SPDIF isn't error corrected.

No idea with all the data rates under use and the anti-jittering tech that's going on if it matters as much, though I an not an expert at this.

I just went with 1.5m and never looked back.
