I managed to do some comparisons between V1 and V2. V1 is terminated using Oyaide P/C 046, while my V2 is factory terminated using the white R plugs.

The V2 is a superior cord in most audiophile aspects. It has more resolution, dynamics and high frequency extension. The V1 may sound warmer and smoother, but this is to me an illusion coming from it's rather full and wet mid-bass. The V2 has a tighter and faster bassline, while midrange is actually more refined and lacking in grain compared to the V1.
