    How about a topic of "Lost connection to MySQL server during query", an author of "Rod M" and a look in "All Forums" :)

    As far as I can tell I get the error with any all forums search. But I do see answers (if any) for a number of forums, but never any after hi-rez. (At least with the things I search for.)

      The systems table was hosed, so it was dying as soon as it tried to open it. Weird, I guess it was hung open during the upgrade to 4.0.1 or smething.
