Hi Rod-Need to change address due to defunct ISP. Logged in and supplied new info but have received no confirming email. Is this an auto-generated confirmation or is this on your plate? I need the change soon, because the ISP is out of business on the 30th of April 2002--4 days to go!

No, it's automatic. If you didn't get the confirmation, it would be because you typed in the wrong new email or you might be using hotmail which has problems. If hotmail, turn off the spam filter and/or look in your junk mail mailbox.
Hey Rod-Nope, no "hotmail"--got the confirming code today and completed my task. Sorry if I was a bit impatient. I was pretty sure it was an auto response system, but after 24 hrs with no confirming mail, I thought I'd better ask!
