Back to the Ortofon OM5e (didn't like 2M Red & Shure M97xE)

I have a Pro-Ject Debut III turntable with built-in preamp which comes with the Ortofon OM5e cartridge. I liked the sound but I wanted to try to reduce some brightness and sibilance. I tried the Shure M97xE and thought it sounded way too dull and boring. Next I tried the Ortofon 2M Red and it's a lot better than the Shure but the OM5e is much better to my ears. I remounted the OM5e and it's really a breath of fresh air compared to the other two.

I think the OM cartridges are just a good match for the tonearm on the Debut III which is very light and the height is not adjustable. Should I stick with the OM5e, upgrade the stylus to maybe an OM20, or switch cartridges again?
