Fisher XP-5A Speakers

Firstly, I've been out of the audio scene for quite a LOOOOOOONNNNNGGGG time and away from AA for just as long. This summer I found a Fisher 800c in the trash and, well, the rest is history :)

I'm here to ask a little help. A couple of days ago I picked up an EXTREMELY nice pair if Fisher XP-5's and I want to mate them with the 800c. I hooked them up and, quite expectedly, the woofers were flapping like shot pigeons. I opened em up to find the woofer surrounds completely toasted and I can't quite make out what is going on with the tweets.

I really want to bring them back to life but I've never done anything like this before. I'm pretty handy so I'm confident I could do this with some instruction. What I would like to know is:

A) what do I replace the surrrounds with? The original appear to be cloth. I'm not sure they mass make them anymore so if someone could tip me off to a modern equivalent it would be appreciated.

B) Should I replace the caps? There is a 25uf to the woofer, and a 4uf in series with a single resistor of unknown value to the tweet. Given their age I suspect that the caps should go so recommendations would too be helpful. After reading through many posts here on Fisher speakers, I understand that Mr. Fisher voiced his early speakers for concert/orchestra music. Consequently, I understand the tops are rolled off and the bass is somewhat muted. I'm not necessarily married to the original "voice" so if responsible mods changes said "voice," so be it.

C) The wiring: Replace? And if so, what gauge?

D) What's going on with the tweeter? It looks like there was a foam layer on the dustcap but I can't tell if the dome has been pushed in or if it was inverted. If anyone has info on these early Fisher tweeters and what if anything I could/should do it would likewise be welcomed.

I don't want to abuse my privilege so I've posted a pic of the woofer only.

Thanks in advance and I'm certainly happy to be back in it!
