Polk Audio LSi-15's. Well I had them since they came out (around the year 2001). I have upgraded substantially around them over the years and they impress me more with age really. The sound is a tad bit warm in some cases but the detail and depth of presentation of such inexpensive floorstanders means I get what I paid for. The ring radiator tweeters no doubt add to the sound and high level detail. Bass is *good* but not exceptional, I recommend a subwoofer to really low house shaking bass. However played low with the subwoofer off they have that "magic" about them. The sounds do not seem to be to be coming out of boxes at all and the life they bring to music is priceless really. I believe this is one of the best invesements I have made in hi-fi. In reality my digital setup cost more than 2x than what I have paid for the Polks but as long as they keep going, I will keep on listening.
