Threshold T400 and T800 diagrams and IGBTs

Hi,

Does anyone have diagrams or service manuals free or for sale for the two above amps, please? My T800D is well, my T400 not so.

Does anyone know if it is the same IGTBs used in the two models? I assume they just tweaked the PS voltage and added a few less IGBTs in the output stages on the smaller models?

Do you know the component vendor and part number? I know they are not for sale but anything for a price I suppose. Does anyone know an IGBT purveyor?

System besides the Threshold: Matching preamp, B&W Nautilus t800s and matching sub.
