cardas 2x21 - anyone knows it?

i have just got an offer for 4m of this cable, unterminated, for 100E (i live in europe, that is around 125$). is this a fair price?
i can't find anything on this cable on the net so i am wondering if anyone knows it. how would it be behave in a slightly (but just slightly) overbright system of a higher class, with a tad of hardness and sibilance in upper mids
