We just got into Dublin last evening and are staying on the seaside about 20 minutes outside of Dublin in Malahide, a beautiful small village with a castle.

So, what do you get in Ireland? Fish and chips with mash peas and a mouth watering, buttery tender Irish sirloin with the best peppercorn dip.
